baby boy tshirt

next i decided to make some modification to the onesie pattern i used from omicreates and make some tops for my baby http://omi-creates.blogspot.com/2010/02/baby-boy-onesie-with-binding-tutorial.html
all i did was i just cut off the pattern from where the leg opening starts on the front and back and i had a pattern for a t shirt. i just added half an inch for hemming at the base

so heres what  ended up making

i just used a different material so the binding and the tie applique. at the base i have just folded and hemmed as this is stretchy material its not going to fray.

here i used the same material as the shirt for sleeves but at the base instead f hemming as i did with the first one i cut a 1 and half inch strip and followed the same procedure as i would do binding
